Council News - December 2006Ashley Grove Estate22nd December 2006 The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley is pleased to release, for public comment, a Development Guide Plan prepared in support of the future residential subdivision of Lot 20 Fitzroy Street, Derby. The plan represents the first major private investment in the provision of residential land in Derby. The subdivision will comprise twenty seven residential lots of approximately 600m2 to 700m2 in area and three grouped and/or multiple dwelling sites. The subdivision could yield up to 75 dwellings depending on the dwelling types constructed.
Copies of the plan are available for viewing at the either the Council’s Development Services Building, Loch Street Derby, or the Derby Municipal Library on Clarendon Street Derby. A copy of the plan may also be viewed by down loading the attached file. The closing date for comments is 4.00pm Thursday 1st February 2007.
