Like to contribute to your community at the local government elections in October?
The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley will have five vacancies in the upcoming local government elections on Saturday 16 October 2021.
If you are interested in contributing to your community as a councillor, you are invited to a Candidate Information Evening for anyone considering the role of councillor. The session will be held at 5pm, Monday 9 August 2021 in the Shire Council Chambers, 30 Clarendon St, Derby.
Any prospective candidates in Fitzroy Crossing, should register their interest first with Neil Hartley on 08-9191 0952, and a Candidate Information Evening in Fitzroy Crossing may be considered if there is sufficient interest.
Nominations are open from Thursday2 September and close at 4pm on Thursday 9 September 2021.
