PUBLIC NOTICE
IMPOUNDED BOAT TRAILER
In accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 section 3.37 and 3.39 and Shire of Derby/West Kimberley, Activities on Thoroughfares and Trading in Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law, Gazetted 28 August 2001, a large yellow boat trailer located within the Derby wharf precinct has been impounded by the Shire and the Shire hereby gives notice to the owner.
The owner may collect the impounded boat trailer from the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley after paying all outstanding fees and charges to the Shire within two months with effect 2 March 2022.
Should the owner not be located or not come forward for the now impounded boat trailer within 7 days, the trailer may be disposed of in accordance with section 3.47 of the Local Government Act 1995.
