Congratulations to Trevor Menmuir, winner of the Health and Wellbeing Award at the 7News Young Achiever Awards WA on Saturday 29 May!
Whatever the initiative, the Health and Wellbeing Award acknowledges young individuals that have made a significant contribution towards creating a healthier and safer community, via education to make smarter, healthier choices.
Trevor Menmuir works as the Senior Youth Services Team Leader for the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley. He co-ordinates, plans, supports, and organises programs, including engaging in sports and delivering healthy food programs for kids and families. Trevor is Chair of the Youth Network Meetings and the Youth Representative in the Derby Interagency Meetings. He is a founding member of the Derby Basketball Association.
