The Shire is advertising for sale two transportable units at the Derby Airport and is seeking expressions of interest from the public who wish to purchase them. Please read the advertisement in full before submitting an offer. 

FOR SALE

Two (2) separate transportable buildings, located at Derby Airport on an “as is, where is basis”.

Costs for transporting the buildings from the Derby airport to their final destination is for the buyer responsibility and account.

1. First Donga:
• Dimensions: 14m long x 3m wide.
• Structure: Four rooms.
• Facilities: Each room has separate toilet and shower facilities.

1. Second Donga:
• Dimensions: 12m long x 3m wide.
• Structure: One large open room.
• Enclosures: Both ends of the donga are enclosed with corrugated sheeting.
• Modifications: open-plan structure, with the possibility of a flexible usage space. Enclosure at both ends and a need for a door installation.
