Development Application - Workforce Accommodation

The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley has received a development application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

The applicant is seeking approval for a 20-person Workforce Accommodation facility for Marra Worra Worra Aboriginal Corporation, comprising:

• Five refurbished four-bedroom transportable accommodation units;
• Communal kitchen and dining facilities;
• Laundry; and
• Waste storage facilities.

Please note, submitter details including names and addresses may be made publicly available should the application be determined by Council or other agency.
