Expressions of Interest - Sale of Commercial Gym Equipment
Shire of Derby / West Kimberley invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from individuals, businesses, sporting organisations and fitness providers interested in purchasing a range of surplus commercial gym equipment.
The equipment is surplus to the Shire's requirements and is being offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis.
The equipment has not been maintained and is generally in poor condition. Interested parties acknowledge that the equipment may require repair, servicing or replacement of components before it is suitable for use. The Shire makes no representation or warranty as to the condition, safety, functionality or fitness for purpose of any item.
The Shire accepts no responsibility or liability for any costs associated with the inspection, repair, servicing, transportation, installation or ongoing use of the equipment. All costs and risks associated with the purchase are the sole responsibility of the successful purchaser.
Interested parties are strongly encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to submitting an Expression of Interest and to satisfy themselves as to its condition and suitability.
Expression of Interest Requirements
Expressions of Interest should include:
- Name and contact details of the interested party.
- The equipment or items of interest.
- The proposed purchase price or offer.
- Any conditions associated with the offer.
Inspection
Inspections can be arranged by appointment during the hours of 6.00am to 2.00pm.
Submissions
Expression of Interests must be submitted in writing by 9 October 2026, 12.00pm with Attn: Steve Ross.

The Shire is not bound to accept the highest, or any, Expression of Interest and reserves the right to negotiate with any respondent, reject any or all submissions, or withdraw the sale process at any time without obligation.
