Special Council Meeting - 17 August 2023
Please join us in the Derby Council Chamber on Thursday, 17 August 2023 at 4:30pm for a Special Meeting of Council.
In accordance with Regulation 12(2) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is given that a Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, 17 August 2023 commencing at 4.30pm in the Derby Council Chamber - 31 Clarendon Street, Derby WA 6728.
Purpose:
- Adoption of the 2023/24 Budget;
- Consideration of the WALGA 2023 Annual General Meeting Confirmation of Attendance and Voting Delegates;
- Consideration/Adoption of the Minutes of the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 29 June 2023 and the Minutes of the Audit Committee held on 20 July 2023;
- Awarding Tender T09-2023 - Facilities Management and Catering Services for 40 Person Camp, Fitzroy Crossing (AGRN1044); and
- ADDITIONAL ITEM: CEO Performance Review - 2023.
