Public Notice - Proposed Development - Lot 2 (No. 11) Clarendon Street, Derby (Closed)


The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley has received a development application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

Property Address: Lot 2 (No.11) Clarendon Street, Derby

Proposal: ‘Shortstay Accommodation’ development comprising eighteen (18) new transportable accommodation units and one (1) new transportable accommodation unit to be used as a ‘caretaker’s dwelling’, including all associated vehicle access, parking, landscaping and stormwater drainage infrastructure.

Comments on the proposal are now invited and can be emailed to sdwk@sdwk.wa.gov.au or posted to the Shire’s Chief Executive Officer at PO Box 94 DERBY WA 6728 by no later than Friday 21 April 2023.
