Public Notice - 2026/27 Fees and Charges

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995 that Shire of Derby/West Kimberley intends to impose new Fees and Charges for the 2026/27 financial year.

Shire of Derby/West Kimberley’s Draft Schedule of Fees and Charges 2026/27 were adopted at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 21 May 2026.

The Fees and Charges are available on the Shire website HERE and will take effect as of 1 July 2026.
