Notice of Proposed Road Closure and Dedication - Great Northern Highway, Fitzroy Crossing

Notice is given that the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley intends to consider a resolution to request the Minister for Lands, pursuant to section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, to close that portion of the Great Northern Highway road reserve shown dotted on Main Roads Western Australia drawing d2460-184, being part of Lot 68 on Deposited Plan 238022 (between SLK 2525.0 and SLK 2535.7), to facilitate the realignment and widening of Great Northern Highway.
